Dr. Aldrich D. Pierce, Hon. D.D., B.S., A.A. is a veteran of the United States Air Force, an ordained minister, pastor and teacher dedicated to equipping believers to stand firm in today's ever-changing world. With nearly three decades of ministry experience, Dr. Pierce is passionate about encouraging, empowering, enlightening, and edifying the Body of Christ through sound biblical teaching, practical discipleship, and Christ-centered leadership.
Dr. Pierce earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Educational Studies with a concentration in Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University. In recognition of his faithful ministry, leadership, and service to the Kingdom of God, he was awarded the Honorary Doctor of Divinity (Hon. D.D.) by The Brinson Institute of Kingdom Leadership and Development.
As the Senior Pastor of The Center of Hope Community Worship, Dr. Pierce is committed to developing disciples, strengthening families, equipping leaders, and inspiring believers to live lives rooted in God's Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit. His ministry emphasizes biblical truth, prayer, spiritual growth, and servant leadership while helping individuals discover and fulfill God's purpose for their lives.
Dr. Tamella Pierce, Hon. D.D., M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, B.S.W.
Dr. TaMella Evette Pierce, Hon. D.Div., M.S., B.S.W. is an ordained minister, pastor and teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, counselor, educator, and servant leader who has devoted her life to bringing healing, hope, and restoration to the hurting and broken. With a unique combination of pastoral ministry, biblical leadership, and professional counseling, she equips individuals and families to experience emotional, spiritual, and relational wholeness through the transforming power of Christ.
Dr. Pierce earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, providing a strong clinical foundation for counseling individuals facing life's emotional and psychological challenges. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) from Colorado State University Pueblo, equipping her with extensive knowledge in advocacy, community engagement, and human services.
In recognition of her faithful ministry, leadership, and Kingdom impact, Dr. Pierce was awarded the Honorary Doctor of Divinity (Honoris Causa) by The Brinson Institute of Kingdom Leadership & Development in 2024.
As Co-Founder of The Center of Hope Community Worship, Dr. Pierce is passionate about helping people discover their God-given identity, purpose, and calling. Her ministry focuses on restoring individuals and families, strengthening communities, and equipping believers to fulfill their divine assignments within the local church and around the world.
